End User License Agreement
The EULA is the agreement between you and Mouseios, Inc. for the use of the app and the website. It contains the licence grant, acceptable use, warranties and disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, ownership and intellectual property, arbitration and class-action waiver, governing law and venue, DMCA notice-and-takedown, Apple- and Google-specific terms, subscriptions and in-app purchases, and termination.
Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
The Terms of Service & Privacy Policy is the document covering what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we keep it, your choices over model improvement, and your privacy rights.
